1. $100 minimum order (opening and reorders)

   1. Customized soap incurs an extra charge $0.50/bar
3. Case Pack Size: 6 bars of soap per pack
4. Each soap bar is 4oz and comes individually packed in kraft boxes unless otherwise specified
5. In-stock products will ship in 1-2 business days
6. Seasonal scents have specific ordering windows and limited availability
   1. Spring Collection: Available starting 1/20/26 - while supplies last
   2. Summer Collection: Available starting 4/15/26 - while supplies last
   3. Fall Collection: Available starting 7/15/26 - while supplies last
   4. Winter Collection: Available starting 9/1//26 - while supplies last
7. Payment is due at the time of order

1. Faire offers free returns on all opening orders. If you’re unsatisfied with the items you receive, Faire will give you a prepaid shipping label to send them back.

Have you seen our Fragrance Discovery Kit?

You can now order a free Fragrance Discovery Kit each quarter. This allows you to smell many of our in-stock soaps before deciding on the right assortment for your store.

Interested in local pick-up?

Our production studio is located at 642 Hilliard Street, Unit 1107 in Manchester, CT in Hilliard Mills. If you are looking at the Mills from the street, park in the lot to the far right of all the buildings. Go up the ramp there into the door marked "Main Entrance." From there, go right all the way down that hallway past the bathrooms and take another right. Our unit is about 2/3 down the hallway. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup, and leave it in the hallway outside our door, so you can pick it up at your convenience.
